A contoured shave mask designed to hold heat and moisture against your face before the razor — then cold after — so stubble softens and skin stays calmer. No shower required.

The 90-second routine

Four moves. Fits between coffee and the door. Works with the cream or soap you already use.

1

Rinse hot

Run warm water over the mask until the cloth is soaked and warm to the touch.

2

Wear ~45s

Strap it on so cheeks, jaw, and neck all get heat and moisture contact.

3

Shave

Your usual razor and cream. Softened hair is designed to cut cleaner with less tug.

4

Rinse cold

Cool the mask under cold water, wear ~25 seconds, and you’re done.

What’s in the mask

Built for contact and temperature — not another bottle of chemicals.

Outer layer

Neoprene shell

A flexible, contoured outer layer that helps hold shape and temperature against the face — cheeks, chin, and neck in one pass.

Inner face

Terry cloth lining

Absorbent terry holds warm (then cold) water against the skin so moisture and temperature do the prep work a hot shower is supposed to do.

Why hot-and-cold shave prep

Most men skip the step that matters most: getting hair soft and skin ready before the blade. A long hot shower helps — but not everyone has time, and not every bathroom routine includes one before every shave.

ShaveBuddy™ is a shave prep mask designed to concentrate that effect. Heat and moisture are meant to swell facial hair so the razor cuts instead of scrapes. Cold afterward is designed to help calm the skin and finish the routine without a chemical sting.

It’s the same idea barbers have used for generations — hot towel, then cold — packaged into a reusable contoured mask you can rinse at the sink. U.S. Design Patent USD885677.
